At Popilush, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your shapewear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day return window for most items in original condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and hygiene liners remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
